How I Can Help Your Business
Is there a real plan behind your marketing, or are you just hoping it’s working?
Let me ask you something.
You’re paying for marketing. Maybe an agency. Maybe someone on your team. Maybe both.
They’re busy. Stuff is happening. But is it the right stuff?
Can you tell me, right now, what’s actually working?
Many owners can’t. Not really.
That’s the part nobody wants to say out loud. The agency won’t say it. Your team won’t say it.
And it can be frustrating not knowing. Not having honest feedback, advice, and guidance.
So you keep going. Hoping it’s working. Because you have a company to run.
That’s where I come in. Not to do more marketing. To help you figure out what’s actually working, what isn’t, and what to do about it.
I tell you the things you need to hear, even if it hurts to hear it.
The video below outlines how I think about it.
See if this sounds familiar…
- Marketing is happening, but you can’t connect the dots between effort and results
- Your marketing person is capable but stretched thin and working without clear direction
- You’ve spent money on agencies or tactics that didn’t stick
- You know something’s missing, you just don’t know what
- You want someone who’s going to tell you the truth, not just keep you comfortable
- You’re tired of chasing the people you’re paying and never getting a straight answer.
Working with me is not for people who want someone to just take things off their plate. I’m not a vendor. I’m a working partner. That means you’re involved. If that’s not what you’re looking for, I’m probably not the right fit.
How I Work
Everything starts with a Clarity Sprint. It’s a 90-minute working session where we dig into what’s actually happening in your marketing, what’s missing, and what needs to happen first.
After The Clarity Sprint
If you’ve read the Clarity Sprint details and you’re wondering ‘what happens after that’, here’s your answer.
The outcome from the sprint will give us some clear direction on how to help your business the most. I’ll work with you to prioritize areas to work on and we’ll build and execute on the plan to do just that.
That’s a combination of coaching sessions, delegation, and accountability.
Maybe you have the internal resources you need to execute the plan. Maybe you don’t.
We’ll address that too.
We’ll have regularly scheduled sessions (outlined in “The Process We’ll Follow” below).
In terms of how I like to focus for the sake of your business, I’ve outlined it here in a framework I call Clarity Circles. In short, I prefer to work on the stuff that once done, will continue to provide you benefit before we move onto other areas.
In short, these levels outline how I see a business marketing hierarchy:
| Level | What It’s About | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Core Clarity | Defining exactly who you help, what you offer, and what success looks like | If your message is vague, everything else becomes guesswork |
| 2. Foundation Systems | Setting up lead capture, website clarity, and follow-up systems | You lose fewer leads, protect your investment, and build lasting infrastructure |
| 3. Organic Marketing | Show up thoughtfully (content, conversations, consistency) | Builds trust and relationships without burning time or budget |
| 4. Paid Advertising (when ready) | Amplify what’s already working – safely and smartly | Ensures any ad spend actually scales something that converts |
The Process We’ll Follow
Here’s how we’ll stay on track:
- Quarterly Planning Session – every 90 days, we’ll step back to review what’s working, what’s next, and what’s most important.
- Monthly Owner Check-In – a big-picture conversation about progress, challenges, and priorities.
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly Revenue Team Meetings – focused sessions with sales and marketing to keep communication clear and goals aligned.
This rhythm keeps your marketing grounded, proactive, and measurable – so you always know where things stand and what’s coming next.
What I am. What I am not.
Most people come to me after working with an agency or a freelancer and wondering why nothing stuck. Before you go further, here’s a plain answer to the question people ask me most.
What I Do
- Figure out what’s actually missing in your marketing
- Build the strategy and the plan
- Coach your team on what to focus on and why
- Hold everyone accountable to measurable progress
- Connect effort to results so you can see what’s working
What I Don’t Do
- Design or graphics
- Video production
- Website development
- Execute tactics for you
- Work without buy-in from the owner
What about the “stuff” that may be needed?
For the ‘tactics’ you may need, like graphic design, video, or web, I have trusted people I can point you to. You won’t be left figuring that out on your own.
The cost of my services
My Clarity Sprints cost $950. If you choose to work with me after that, I’ll credit your first quarterly invoice this amount.
My coaching and consulting programs typically range from $2,000 to $5,000 per month, billed quarterly.
Each engagement is customized to your goals, pace, and team capacity. Pricing reflects the level of involvement and the structure we put in place to keep things consistent and productive over time.
Let’s Find Out If This Is A Fit
The first step is simple — reach out and set up an initial call. From there, we’ll talk through your situation, your goals, and what you’re hoping to change.
If it feels like the right fit – for both of us – we’ll outline a clear plan and cost based on your team size, current structure, and the scope of what needs to be addressed.
I don’t have employees, but I do have trusted partners. We’ll talk openly about what kind of effort and collaboration will be needed to solve the challenges you’re facing. Once we both agree it’s worth exploring further, I’ll send you a link to schedule our first conversation.
