How I Can Help Your Business

Here’s how I take you from guessing to knowing, so every dollar and every action has a result behind it.

Marketing Coaching & Consulting

How I Help

I help business owners get control of their marketing so they can stop guessing and start making decisions they trust.

That usually means three things:

  • Figuring out what is actually working
  • Building a practical plan around what matters most
  • Helping the people doing the work stay focused and accountable

I am not here to sell you a pile of tactics. I am here to help you make better decisions.

My Role

Think of me as the person who helps connect the dots.

I look at your goals, your customers, your message, your website, your sales process, your team, and your outside vendors. Then I help you figure out what needs attention first.

Sometimes that means coaching your internal team.

Sometimes it means helping you work better with outside vendors.

Sometimes it means helping you find the right people.

But the goal is always the same: clearer priorities, better follow-through, and marketing that supports the business.

What I am. What I am not.

Many people come to me after working with an agency, freelancer, or internal team and still feeling unsure about what is actually working. Before you go further, here’s a plain answer to the question people ask me most.

What I Do

  • Figure out what’s actually missing in your marketing
  • Build the strategy and the plan
  • Coach your team on what to focus on and why
  • Hold everyone accountable to measurable progress
  • Connect effort to results so you can see what’s working

What I Don’t Do

  • Design or graphics
  • Video production
  • Website development
  • Run ads for you
  • Execute tactics for you
  • Work without buy-in from the owner

The Process We’ll Follow

Marketing gets easier when the work follows a clear order.

Most businesses struggle because they jump straight to tactics: websites, ads, social media, email, video, or whatever feels urgent that week.

I help slow that down and put the work in the right order.

1. Understand what’s happening now
We look at your goals, customers, current marketing, sales process, team, vendors, and results.

2. Find the gaps
We identify what is unclear, disconnected, missing, or wasting time and money.

3. Set priorities
Not everything needs to be fixed at once. We decide what matters most, what should happen first, and what can wait.

4. Build the plan
We turn the priorities into a practical plan your business can actually follow.

5. Guide the work
Once the plan is clear, I help keep the work moving through coaching, vendor guidance, accountability, and better decision-making.

It All Starts With a Clarity Sprint

Every engagement starts with a Clarity Sprint.

This is a working session where we look at what you are doing now, what is unclear, what is missing, and what should happen first.

You leave with a clearer picture of your priorities and a practical recommendation for next steps.

This keeps us from guessing before we know what we are solving.

After The Clarity Sprint

If it makes sense to keep working together, we build a rhythm around your needs.

That may include:

  • Quarterly planning
  • Monthly owner check-ins
  • Weekly or bi-weekly team meetings
  • Vendor review and direction
  • Message, website, content, or sales process improvements

Where We Usually Focus First

I use a simple framework called Clarity Circles. The idea is to fix the things that keep helping your business after the work is done.

1. Core Clarity
Who you help, what you offer, why it matters, and what success looks like.

2. Foundation Systems
Website clarity, lead capture, follow-up, and the basic systems that protect opportunities.

3. Organic Marketing
Useful content, better conversations, and consistent communication that builds trust.

4. Paid Advertising
Only after the foundation is strong enough to turn attention into action.

Pricing And Fit

A Clarity Sprint is $950.

If we decide to continue working together afterward, I credit that amount toward your first quarterly invoice.

Ongoing coaching and consulting programs typically range from $2,000 to $5,000 per month, billed quarterly.

The final cost depends on your goals, your team, and the level of support needed.

More information on pricing available here.

Let’s Find Out If This Is A Fit

The first step is a simple conversation.

We’ll talk through your situation, your goals, what feels unclear, and what you are hoping to change.

If it feels like the right fit for both of us, I’ll recommend the best next step. That may be a Clarity Sprint, ongoing coaching and consulting, or pointing you toward someone better suited for what you need.

I don’t have employees, but I do have trusted partners. If your plan requires help with design, video, web, ads, or other tactical work, I can help you find the right people and make sure the work has a clear purpose.
