How I Can Help Your Business

It Starts With Understanding

Before we talk strategy or solutions, I need to understand your world.

That means understanding your business, your goals, and where things feel stuck. It means digging into what you do well, what feels like a grind, and what you’re ready to stop doing.

It also means understanding your audience.
And whether your marketing is helping them take action or just adding to the noise.

That’s why I always start with a working session I call the Clarity Sprint.

Think of it as holding up a mirror to your business. I’ll ask a lot of questions, help you step outside the day-to-day, and give you a clearer look at your situation – through experienced, objective eyes.

From there, we figure out what matters most and what to do next.

What Happens After the Sprint?

You’ll walk away with clear next steps and a practical way forward, rooted in your goals and what matters most. If you’d like to work together, we can use the insights from the Clarity Sprint to determine what that should include.

MY PRIORITIES

For context, I do have priorities in the areas I focus on for all clients. These priorities are outlined in detail here.

Why do I focus on these priorities in this order?

Because I’ve watched too many smart business owners burn through budgets and exhaust themselves chasing tactics that don’t work. Not because the tactics themselves are bad, but because they jumped to the wrong step at the wrong time.

Maybe you’ve been there. You’ve tried the social posts, updated your website, maybe even spent serious money on a rebrand or new marketing campaign. You’re showing up, putting in the effort, but it’s hard to tell what’s actually moving the needle.

And now you’re wondering if you should spend even more to “fix” what’s not working.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth: spending more money isn’t the answer if you’re not focused on the right things first.

I’ve had countless conversations that start with “But we just spent a bunch of money on…” a new website, a marketing agency, paid ads, a rebrand. The frustration is real, and I get it. But throwing more money at a system that’s missing its foundation just amplifies the problem.

Here’s what we’ll work on together, and more importantly, what I’ll teach your team so they can run with it when I’m gone:

Level 1: Core Clarity – Getting crystal clear on who you’re helping, what you’re offering, and why it matters. When your message clicks, everything else gets easier.

Level 2: Foundation Systems – Building the infrastructure (website, lead capture, follow-up) so your marketing actually captures and nurtures interest instead of losing it.

Level 3: Organic Marketing – Creating sustainable content (text, videos, graphics) and outreach that builds trust and relationships without burning out your team.

Level 4: Paid Advertising – Scaling what’s already working through smart, targeted ads (but only when the foundation is solid).

Here’s the key difference in how I work:

I’m not just implementing these for you. I’m coaching your team through each level, documenting processes, and making sure they understand the why behind every decision. We’ll run training sessions so your people can own these strategies long-term.

Why this order matters:

Every level builds on the previous one. Skip the foundation, and you’re just spending more money on tactics that can’t work properly. But when you build it right—with your team learning each step—your marketing becomes a system that keeps working and growing after I’m gone.

This isn’t about doing more marketing. It’s about building marketing capability within your business so your team can confidently drive results without constantly needing outside help.

If you want help putting it into motion, here are some ways we can work together:

For ‘They Ask, You Answer’ Companies

Using ‘They Ask, You Answer’ but feeling stuck?

If you’ve worked with another coach or agency and the results aren’t showing up, you’re not alone.

That means I’m not bound to a playbook or locked-in process. We’ll use the principles that work and adapt them to your business, your people, and your priorities.

If you like the TAYA philosophy but need a more flexible, results-driven partner, I might be a good fit.
