Marketing Coaching & Consulting
Most people don’t expect marketing to be practical – and honestly, that’s because it rarely has been. You’ve probably seen the same thing: big words, long timelines, and plans that sound good but never turn into results.
If you’re tired of that — if you don’t want to go through that again – that’s what I’m here for.
I focus on helping you see what matters, help your team fix what’s in the way, and make smart, lasting improvements – so marketing feels like it’s working for you, not something you’re constantly paying to figure out.
Here’s how we do it and what you need to know about how I work.
Cadence
All my client work starts with a Clarity Sprint. This is a 90-minute working session built around questions, conversation, and discovery. We’ll dig deep to understand what’s really happening in your marketing, set clear priorities, and define what success should look like.
From there, we’ll create a simple blueprint built around my proven Marketing Priorities Framework – outlining where to focus, who’s responsible, and what progress looks like.
Here’s how we’ll stay on track:
- Quarterly Planning Session – every 90 days, we’ll step back to review what’s working, what’s next, and what’s most important.
- Monthly Owner Check-In – a big-picture conversation about progress, challenges, and priorities.
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly Revenue Team Meetings – focused sessions with sales and marketing to keep communication clear and goals aligned.
This rhythm keeps your marketing grounded, proactive, and measurable – so you always know where things stand and what’s coming next.
Priorities
I don’t believe in chasing every shiny marketing tactic. Instead, I lean on a framework I call Clarity Circles (you can read more here) to decide how and where we invest energy and resources.
These are the levels I follow – in the order that makes marketing actually work for your business:
| Level | What It’s About | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Core Clarity | Defining exactly who you help, what you offer, and what success looks like | If your message is vague, everything else becomes guesswork |
| 2. Foundation Systems | Setting up lead capture, website clarity, and follow-up systems | You lose fewer leads, protect your investment, and build lasting infrastructure |
| 3. Organic Marketing | Show up thoughtfully (content, conversations, consistency) | Builds trust and relationships without burning time or budget |
| 4. Paid Advertising (when ready) | Amplify what’s already working – safely and smartly | Ensures any ad spend actually scales something that converts |
While there’s always a point person for communication and projects, my approach brings leadership, sales, marketing, and service into the same conversation. Real progress happens when teams talk to each other — and marketing only works when everyone’s focused on making the sales process faster, shorter, and more effective.
See Where You Stand Right Now
Before we meet, you can take my free online Marketing Health Assessment. It’s a quick way to see how your business measures up in the key areas I focus on — clarity, consistency, communication, and results.
It only takes a few minutes and gives you a simple snapshot of where your marketing is strong and where it might need attention.
Cost
My Clarity Sprints cost $950. If you choose to work with me after that, I’ll credit your first quarterly invoice this amount.
My coaching and consulting programs typically range from $2,000 to $5,000 per month, billed quarterly.
Each engagement is customized to your goals, pace, and team capacity. Pricing reflects the level of involvement and the structure we put in place to keep things consistent and productive over time.
How to Begin
The first step is simple — reach out and set up an initial call. From there, we’ll talk through your situation, your goals, and what you’re hoping to change.
If it feels like the right fit – for both of us – we’ll outline a clear plan and cost based on your team size, current structure, and the scope of what needs to be addressed.
I don’t have employees, but I do have trusted partners. We’ll talk openly about what kind of effort and collaboration will be needed to solve the challenges you’re facing. Once we both agree it’s worth exploring further, I’ll send you a link to schedule our first conversation.
What Else You Should Know
My contracts are built around quarterly engagements – simple, clear, and flexible. If at any point you receive an invoice that you don’t believe is worth paying, you’re free not to pay it or to pay what you think is fair.
My philosophy is simple: if I’m not a valuable, problem-solving partner you can rely on, then I haven’t earned it.
This is a working relationship based on honesty, accountability, and progress — not long-term commitments or fine print. If you value straight talk, consistent effort, and measurable results, we’ll work well together.
